I am flying today, can you collect my bags and meet me at the airport and where will I get my luggage?

Yes we will collect your baggage, secure it and store it for the day. Our team will meet and greet you at the airport, you will receive the information after your booking. Your baggage is normally 30min earlier at then expected.

What areas do you currently serve for pick-up and delivery?

BaggageTAXI operates throughout the United Arab Emirates, with its sweet spot in Dubai. We collect, store, and deliver your items to and from hotels, residences, landmarks, and airports – pretty much anywhere except the ocean!

Where are your luggage storage facilities located?

Our state-of-the-art facilities are strategically located to serve our customers efficiently. With units in major areas within Dubai, you can rest assured knowing that your luggage is never too far away. We do strategize for short and long-term storage options.

Is my luggage insured during the storage period?

Yes, in the extremely unlikely event of loss or damage, you have the added peace of mind that your items are protected with a minimum of $250 and max $1000 per order for total loss.

Can I change my pick-up or delivery location?

We pride ourselves on flexibility. If your plans change, we can adjust the pick-up or delivery location to accommodate your new itinerary within 60 minutes prior.

Are there any luggage size or weight restrictions?

We do ask that you adhere to size and weight restrictions similar to those you might find with airline regulations for the safety and ease of our operations.

Is there a maximum or minimum storage duration?

We offer both short-term and long-term storage solutions. Short-term storage is up to 14 days, and long-term starts thereafter – with tailored plans for extended needs. Minimum storage for long term is 30 days payable, from 90 days flus you can be adjusted to daily rates on your monthly packages.

Baggage security & liability

All bags are secured with tamper - free seals so that no one can open them.Customers are fully liable for baggage handed over, which is why it's important that you book your own baggage – and no one else’s. When placing an order you declare to our Terms and Services, privacy policy and that there are no prohibited items in your baggage as per local laws.

Is there a cancellation policy for booked services?

We understand plans change, which is why we offer a flexible 2-hour cancellation policy. Please contact us for more details.

How far in advance do I need to book a pick-up or delivery?

For optimal performance, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible. However, we also accommodate last-minute requests to the best of our ability.

Are there any items that are not allowed to be stored?

For safety and legal reasons, items such as passports, cash, valuables, power banks, frozen items, plants, animals, and other illegal items per UAE law, cannot be stored.
