That was a really great experience. The stuff was very professional and answered almost immediately in WhatsApp, they were flexible with all the changes and always very friendly. I cannot thank the BaggageTAXI team enough, especially Mahnoor, for their outstanding support and assistance with my golf bag. I first stored my bag with them on February 8 before leaving Dubai for Oman. However, when I returned to Dubai on February 12, an unexpected issue with immigration prevented me from getting a transit visa or visa on arrival, leaving me stuck in the airport until my flight back to the U.S. Throughout this stressful situation, BaggageTAXI went above and beyond. They not only stored my golf bag for several extra days but also helped me explore different courier options, providing rates and guidance along the way. Mahnoor was an absolute gem — he patiently assisted me with printing shipping labels, kept me updated at every step, and reassured me about my bag’s safety. I truly appreciated his attention to detail, especially when he mentioned, “Just so you know, we did not remove our security seals before the handover as an extra precautionary measure.” On February 17, when another company finally picked up my bag, Mahnoor was there, ensuring everything went smoothly. I love this service - I travel a lot for work so sometimes have luggage that I don’t need to take away with me so this was ideal for me during a recent trip . Bag picked up before I left and then dropped back off when I returned. Genius service for people travelling but not wanting to take unnecessary luggage. Definitely will use again . Very easy and convenient. We booked pick up of our luggage from our hotel (as they didn't offer luggage storage), and we asked for it to be dropped off, some 8 hours later, in a totally different location, half an hour drive away. The service was timely and easy.
